*The YS . H series low-temperature brine chillers are equipped with an open-type screw refrigeration compressor asthe main unit, which are suitable for such refrigeration working medium as R717, R507A, R134a, R404A, R407C, R410Apropane,propylene,dimethyl ether, etc.
*This series of units are a complete set of equipment that provides low-temperature water that meets the coolingreguirements for various production processes, gas liquefaction, and food processing industries such as grains and fruitsin the energy and chemical industry.
*Ethylene glycol, calcium chloride, and various solutions such as methanol, propylene glycol, sodium chloride, etc. canbe used as refrigerating medium for this series of standard units.
 

Condenser
The evaporative cooling and water-cooled shell-and-tube condenserscan be selected, The water-cooled shell-and-tube condenser useshigh-efficiency heat exchange tubes, which are small in size and lightin weight. The evaporative cooling system is equipped with a liquidreservoir(evaporative cooling is not included on the unit).

Evaporator
It adopts a siphon structure; the low-pressure refrigerant liquid suppliedto the evaporator is in a saturated state, and there is no effect of throttlingflash gas in the heat exchanger, so its heat transfer efficiency is higher. ltsolves the problem of uneven liquid supply, meanwhile, it has the featureof fully soaking the heat exchange tubes ofthe full-liquid evaporator. In thesiphon evaporator, the refrigerating medium goes through the shell pass,so as to reach the turbulent state at a low flow rate, with low resistancealong the way, and the refrigerating medium side has a high heat transferfactor. The mass flow rate of refrigerant is greatly improved when therefrigerant goes through the tube pass, and the heat transfer factor at theworking medium side is also greatly improved, with high heat transferperformance.

Throttle valve
The liquid level control is subject to internationally advanced importedcontrol valve groups to achieve continuous automatic adjustment andgood reliability.

Shell
New 3D printed metal grinding tools are used, which has highercasting accuracy and better appearance, key components areprocessed by advanced machining centers from Japan and Germanyto ensure machining accuracy, patented exhaust port design to reduceexhaust resistance for small noise.

Oil separator
The oil-gas separator of national invention patent is used toachieve multiple impact separation, gravityseparation, and deephigh-efficiency oil-gas filter separation, and achieve efficientoil-gas separation. The gas oil content is less than 5PPM,and a compressor exhaust silencer is installed in the oil separatorto further reduce compressor noise.

Oil cooler
National patented efficient heat exchange tubes,packaged high-precision baffle plates(no gap between the baffle plates and the cylinder),reasonable oil flow rate design, etc. are adopted to greatlyimproveheat exchange efficiency, which has small volume, light weight,stable and reliable heat exchange, and no need for maintenance.
