Application of Variable Frequency Technology
When the exhaust pressure is stable, the CMN variable frequency screw air compressor can precisely change the speed according to the air consumption, so that the air compressor can only produce the required air volume. The displacement of the inverter compressor is perfectly combined with the gas consumption, completely avoiding the loss of unloading power. The pressure is reduced by 0.2MPa, which directly saves energy by 14%.
Arbitrary pressure set, and keep constant pressure supply
The machine can meet the user’s set pressure within the range of 0.4-1.2MPa (note: the maximum pressure needs to be determined when purchasing the machine), and the unit always maintains a constant pressure gas supply of ±0.01MPa. When the gas consumption increases, the unit will automatically increase the speed; when the gas consumption decreases, the unit will automatically reduce the speed to maintain the continuous supply pressure of the system.
